Spike Your Juice, Inc. is not responsible for any damage, monetary loss or loss of any kind from the use or misuse of any of its products once they leave our warehouse or any of our supply warehouses.

By purchasing these products, you expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the products is at your sole risk. These products are provided “as is” and “as available” for your personal use, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Because certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, this exclusion of implied warranties may not apply to you. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and the products cannot be returned for resale.

Although products sold by Spike Your Juice contain no alcohol, the fermentation process will produce a product containing alcohol. This product should be used responsibly. Keep out of the reach of children and all persons under the age of 21. By purchasing these products from Spike Your Juice, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age.

REFUNDS: We issue a full refund for items returned to us within 30 days.
All items must be unopened and undamaged.
