was developed by a group of Europeans living in California. Having grown up near wine producing regions, they particularly craved a seasonal drink called “Federweißer”, which was only available during harvest time. Long distance transportation was impossible due to the ongoing fermentation inside each bottle.

Spiking your fruit juice produces a fizzy & refreshing alcoholic beverage.
For the authentic “Federweißer” experience use white or red grape juice.
Our recipe resembles Europe’s favorite
hot winter beverage Glühwein or Glögg.
Red grape juice contains sizable quantities of Resveratrol.
Pomegranate and Cranberry juice are packed with Antioxidants.
You may add sweet or tart to customize flavor.

Over time the juice sugar content falls and
the alcohol content rises up to 14% vol.

Sweet at first, more dry and tart with each day.
